The Ras Al Khaimah Public Prosecution Department celebrates a new pioneering federal-level achievement as the ‘Enjaz’ Self-Service Device is listed in the UAE Government Innovations Report 2021 through “Ibtekr”– the first platform of its kind in the Arab World dedicated to government innovation.

‘Enjaz’ was selected among a set of innovative initiatives from around the UAE, who had met the necessary conditions and completed all the required stages of the evaluation process conducted by an entity authorized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation (MBRCGI) and management consulting firm Sia Partners.

Listing ‘Enjaz’ in the report comes in recognition of the great efforts of the RAK Public Prosecution Department’s team, led by the Attorney General of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The Emirate is committed to working proactively and striving to provide top-quality services to customers, in an effort to ensure their happiness and wellbeing.

Enjaz’ Self-Service Device saves time and effort for customers who no longer need to physically go to the RAK Public Prosecution Department’s headquarters. Detainees at penal institutions can especially benefit from the service, which allows them to submit requests without needing to go to the Department’s headquarters nor mandate someone to do so on their behalf.
